Todd, Herbert B. [Barney], enlisted at Ottawa, Ontario, originally of Belfast, North Ireland. Occupation: Salesman. Military Service: Private, Reg. No. 174, PPCLI (Transport). Attestation Papers. Diary Reference: “Leslie Hancock was alright also Major McDonald, Barney Todd, [H. A.] Nesbitt, and old [A. A.] Bremner who was on leave,” 7:30 Nov ’18. According to Hodder-Williams, 346, Pte. H.B. Todd was wounded 10 November 1918 and struck off strength at demobilisation on 20 March 1919.
