Inglee [also Ingle or Inglie], John “Jack,” enlisted at Ottawa, Ontario, originally from Aylmer, Quebec. Occupation: Engineer. Military Service: Private, Reg. No. 1061, PPCLI. Attestation Papers. Diary Reference: “Jack Inglee and four others hit on the Lens-Arras road,” 5:5 Jun ’17. According to Hodder-Williams, 213, Pte. J. Inglee was wounded 8 June 1917 and again on 12 August 1918. He was struck off strength on 15 August 1918.
