Moss, James Alvin, Stellarton, Nova Scotia. Military Service: Private, North Nova Scotia Highlanders, served in Normandy, bludgeoned to death on 7 June 1944 at the Abbaye d’Ardenne, probably by order of SS Colonel Kurt Meyer, Commander, 25th Panzer Grenadier Regiment, 12th SS Division, “Hitler Youth”.
