The College is indeed united in extending a hearty welcome to Sergeant Frank Laughland and Pte. Tingly [sic - Tingley]. The above men enlisted and went over with the M.A.C. platoon. Frank was very popular on account of his cheerful grousing, while Tingly won respect by the steady unreserved manner in which he performed his duty. Every one is looking forward to their return to the Institution.
