Alexander Robertson

Robertson, Alexander, Hazenmore, Sask., formerly Stirling, Perthshire, Scotland. Occupation: Farmer. Military Service: Sapper, Reg. No. 782368, 128th Bn., transferred to the 107th Canadian Pioneer Battalion, 1st Battalion Canadian Engineers, Attestation Papers. Reference: “Roberston [Robertson],” Grain Growers’ Note Pad, 1916-1917, p. 46. This is not certain. A. Robertson transferred from Company B of the 107th Canadian Pioneer Bn. to the 1st Battalion Canadian Engineers on 28 of May 1918. However, there may have been other Robertson, either from Company C or D who transferred to the 2nd or 3rd Battalion Canadian Engineers. Further research necessary.
