Gowsell, Miss Hattie M., Lecturer in Extension Section, 405 Administration Building.
Miss Gowsell assumed her duties as an Extension lecturer in December 1913. Her main responsibility was to work with the existing Provincial Home Economics’ Societies and organise more as demand required. An experienced Home Economics teacher, who had just resigned at director of household science in the Collegiate Institute at Port Arthur, she was well qualified for this task.
